Rooted in the family business founded by my father, my professional journey has been a testament to growth, learning, and versatility. Starting in customer service, I quickly learned the significance of attentive listening and responsive action to client needs. This role underscored the value of clear communication, leading to the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that significantly enhanced our sales channels.

My career trajectory took a pivotal turn when I embraced the challenges of logistics. In this capacity, I focused on timely product delivery, rigorous inventory control, and stringent adherence to ISO 2008 and 2015 quality standards. My efforts to modernize our production machinery underscored a commitment to efficiency and operational excellence.

As a Logistics Manager, I was at the forefront of expanding our online sales channels. Initiating advertising campaigns and building brand recognition, I ventured into new digital frontiers, catalyzing growth and customer engagement. This period also sparked my interest in finance, leading me to pursue studies that enriched my decision-making skills in investment, cash flow analysis, portfolio management, and sales forecasting through data analytics.

The journey then took an international turn, leading me to Taiwan. There, I embraced the challenge of learning Mandarin while applying my expertise as a freelancer, developing websites for small businesses and personal brands. This chapter marked a significant geographical and professional transition, symbolizing my adaptability and continuous quest for personal growth.

Now, life has come full circle, bringing me back to Colombia where I have rejoined the family business as a Logistics Manager. In this role, I am dedicated to driving further improvements and efficiencies. My return not only signifies a geographical shift but reaffirms my commitment to leveraging my global experiences for the benefit of our operations and the broader community.
